Personal data processing consent

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, the personal data subject (the “User”) confirms legal capacity and gives consent to ИП Архипов Анатолий Георгиевич (tax ID (INN) 031400056601, OGRNIP 325385000021023) (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Consent is given by checking the consent box when registering, placing an order, sending a message, or performing another action on https://probyteedit.com/ (the “Site”).

11.3. The User is informed and understands that:

11.3.2. The Operator processes metric system data to collect and analyze Site performance and usage by visitors.

11.3.3. If the User does not agree to processing of such data, they must change browser settings or leave the Site.

12. Term of consent

Consent remains valid until:

• Processing purposes are achieved;
• The subject withdraws consent in writing;
• The Operator ceases operations;
• Legal retention periods expire.
