Description
A software patch pack (module) for Bosch EDC17 / Delphi CRD3.X ECUs found in Mercedes-Benz diesel engines (OM651, OM642).
Key functions (DTC OFF / Deletes):
SCR/AdBlue OFF – Disables the urea injection system and related errors.
DPF OFF – Removes diagnostic trouble codes for a removed or clogged diesel particulate filter.
FLAPS OFF – Disables the intake manifold runner control (swirl flaps) to prevent error codes from broken flaps.
DTC OFF – Generic removal of specific fault codes to turn off the Check Engine Light (CEL/MIL).
Purpose:
To allow a tuner to flash the ECU and permanently disable emissions or mechanical components that have failed, preventing limp mode and dashboard warnings.
