Terms of service and refunds

Brief terms for customers of ProbyteEdit.com.

1. What we sell

On https://probyteedit.com/, ProbyteEdit.com offers:

• software and licenses (including Probyte Edit) in digital form, with delivery of an electronic license key;
• related digital goods and shop services (where stated in the product description);
• account services: support, tuning, and others.

2. How the buyer receives access after payment

1. Placing an order on the Site and payment (methods available at checkout).
2. Providing a delivery address and contact details required for shipment.
3. After successful payment confirmation, the Operator sends the buyer an electronic license key (license key / media with the key — depending on the product) via delivery by:

• CDEK;
• another carrier — by agreement or as indicated when placing the order.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and region. A tracking number (if available) is sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

Client software and installation materials, if included with the product, may also be available in the account (Downloads section) — see the specific product description on the Site.

3. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation of purchases of software are not provided.

By placing an order for software and licenses, the buyer confirms that they are aware of this condition.
